Objective Clinical treatment methods and its effect on patients with glaucoma complicated with cataract are to be studied.Methods Chose 40 patients of glaucoma complicated with cataract who were treated in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 and treated these patients with transparent corneal incision phacoemulsification and implantation of intraocular lens,then observed treatment effect.Results Al of 40 patients'optical vision and their intraocular pressure had been improved after treatment,there was a treatment differential before and after treatment,and such a differential had statistic value(P<0.05). And patients'complication incidence was quite less after treatment,only accounting for 10%.Conclusion Implementation of transparent corneal incision phacoemulsification and implantation of intraocular lens is quite effective in treatment of glaucoma complicated with cataract.%目的 分析青光眼术后并发白内障临床治疗方法与效果.方法 研究对象选取2014年1月~2015年1月本院青光眼术后并发白内障患者40例,对所有患者施行透明角膜切口超声乳化及人工晶体植入术,观察疗效.结果 经治疗,40例患者的视力和眼压较治疗前有改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且并发症少,发生率为10%.结论 青光眼术后并发白内障患者施行透明角膜切口超声乳化及人工晶体植入术,疗效满意.
