微创PFNA治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效观察

摘要

目的：探究微创PFNA治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效。方法将75例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者分为研究组（40例）和对照组（35例），分别行微创PFNA和DHS治疗，比较两组临床治疗效果。结果研究组各项手术观察指标均优于对照组，研究组治疗优良率和并发症发生率分别为95.0%、5.0%，对照组分别为80.0%、14.3%，两组比较差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论微创PFNA治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折，疗效显著，优势明显。%Objective To explore the clinical effect of minimaly invasive PFNA elderly intertrochanteric fracture.Methods75 cases of intertrochanteric fractures in elderly patients were divided into study group(40 cases)and control group(35 cases),respectively,and DHS PFNA minimally invasive treatment,clinical outcomes were compared.ResultsThe study group the surgical observation indicators were better than the control group,study group for fine rate and complication incidence were 95.0%、5.0%,80.0%and 14.3%in the control group respectively,two groups of significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion Minimaly invasive PFNA senile intertrochanteric fractures,a significant effect,the advantage is clear.
