急诊护理路径在颅脑损伤急救中的应用价值

摘要

Objective To study the use of emergency care path practical value in traumatic brain injury first aid.Methods 60 cases of brain injury patients from March 2014 to March 2015 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. 30 cases in each group. The control group was received conventional care, the treatment group was received clinical nursing path. Compared two groups of nursing quality satisfaction, rescue time, LES scores and other indicators after nursing intervention.ResultsThe treatment group was better than the control group, there was statistical significance(P<0.05); the rescue time in the treatment group was (31.89±6.14)h, significantly lower than the rescue time (46.56±7.02)h in the control group, the difference was statisticaly significant (P<0.05);Conclusion The implementation of emergency nursing interventions in emergency brain injury can significantly shorten the operation time, improve the quality of life and prognosis of patients.%目的：分析采用急诊护理路径在颅脑损伤急救中的实用价值。方法选取我院符合研究的2014年3月～2015年3月期间收治的60例脑损伤患者，按数字随机法分为两组，对照组30例采用常规护理，研究组患者30例采用临床护理路径。干预后对比两组的护理质量满意度、抢救时间、LES评分等指标。结果干预后对照组护理质量评分、LES评分均明显低于研究组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研究组抢救时间为（31.89±6.14）h，明显低于对照组抢救时间（46.56±7.02）h，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；结论在颅脑损伤急救中实施急诊护理干预能显著缩短手术时间，提高患者的生活质量和预后效果。
