内镜夹子结扎术与高频电切术治疗结肠大息肉的比较

摘要

Objective To compare endoscopy clip ligation with high frequency electric cutting technique for treatment of colon large polyp.Methodsselect on June 2013~April 2015 our hospital big colon polyps patients 66 cases as the research object, were randomly divided into observation group and the control group (n=33), the observation group USES the endoscopic ligation of clamp, control group adopts high frequency electric cutting operation, observe clinical effect of comparing two groups of patients.Results The treatment effect of observation group was obviously better than the control group, compare the differences statisticaly significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Endoscopic ligation of clamp can effectively treat colon polyps, safe, reliable and has high clinical value.%目的：比较内镜夹子结扎术与高频电切术治疗结肠大息肉的临床效果。方法选取2013年6月～2015年4月我院收治的结肠大息肉患者66例作为研究对象，随机分为观察组与对照组各33例，其中观察组采用内镜夹子结扎术，对照组采用高频电切术，观察比较两组患者临床效果。结果观察组治疗效果明显优胜于对照组，比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论内镜夹子结扎术能有效治疗结肠大息肉，安全可靠，具有较高的临床应用价值。
