23G玻璃体切割系统硅油取出术的护理

摘要

ObjectiveTo summarize the 23G vitrectomy system is applied to the care with the silicone oil removal.MethodsRetrospective analysis Xiamen Eye Center in August 2014~December 2014 in patients with silicone oil in admitted 30 patients (30 eyes) application 23G vitrectomy clinical information systems silicone oil removal surgery, analyzed with the main points of care.Results30 patients (30 eyes) were successfuly applied 23G Minimaly Invasive Vitrectomy System silicone oil removal. The operation time than the traditional incision way 20G reduced by about 40%, the difference was significant (P<0.01); postoperative complications are serious.Conclusion23G vitrectomy system is applied silicone oil removal is safe and effective surgical care with the good success provides a strong guarantee.%目的：总结23G玻璃体切割系统应用于硅油取出术的护理配合。方法回顾分析厦门眼科中心2014年8月～2014年12月收治的硅油填充患者30例（30只眼）应用23G玻璃体切割系统行硅油取出术的临床资料，总结分析护理配合要点。结果30例（30只眼）均顺利应用23G微创玻璃体切割系统取出硅油。手术时间较传统20G切口手术方式缩短约40%，差异显著（P＜0.01）；术后均为发生严重并发症。结论23G玻璃体切割系统应用于硅油取出术安全有效，良好的护理配合为手术取得成功提供了有力保障。
