高龄结肠癌患者围手术期护理对策及效果

摘要

Objective To investigate and summarize the strategy and effect of perioperative nursing for elderly patients with colon cancer.Methods A retrospective analysis of 30 cases of clinical data with aged colon cancer,according to the chronological treatment devided into routine care group and perioperative care group(n=15),compared two groups of hospital stay,surgery tolerance and wound healing time.ResultsPerioperative nursing group’hospitalization time in two weeks,tolerance to surgery and wound healing time within a week of the number of patients was significantly higher than conventional care group,P< 0.05.Conclusion In colon cancer patients implement effective perioperative nursing,countermeasure effect is remarkable.%目的：观察并总结高龄结肠癌患者围手术期护理对策及临床效果。方法回顾性分析我院収治的30例高龄结肠癌患者临床资料，按照就诊时间顺序分为常规护理组与围手术期护理组，每组各15例，对比两组患者住院时间、手术耐受性及切口愈合时间。结果围手术期护理组住院时间在两周内、手术耐受性优良率及切口愈合时间在一周内的患者数均高于常规护理组，P<0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论对于高龄结肠癌患者实施积极有效的围手术期护理对策效果较佳。
