优质护理应用于前列腺增生患者护理中的效果观察

摘要

目的：研究分析前列腺增生患者接受优质护理的临床效果。方法根据我院2012年1月～2014年1月的112例前列腺增生患者进行研究分析，将这些患者分为对照组和观察组，对照组使用常规护理方式，观察组使用优质护理，比较分析临床护理情况。结果观察组护理配合度、病情知晓率高于对照组，术前焦虑情况低于对照组，P<0.05；观察组护理满意为96.4%，高于对照组的76.8%，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论优质护理应用于前列腺增生具有优秀的效果，临床中患者的护理配合度高，对护理满意度高，护患关系和谐，纠纷少。%ObjectiveTo study the clinical effect of high quality nursing in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods According to our hospital 112 cases of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia to conduct research and analysis,the patients were divided into control group and observation group. The control group used conventional nursing, the observation group used high quality nursing,then,comparative analyzed clinical nursing.Results The level of nursing cooperation and the disease awareness rate in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group,and the anxiety in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 96.4%,which was significantly higher than 76.8%in the control group (P< 0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing care in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia has a very good effect.The nursing care of patients with high degree of nursing cooperation,the relationship between nurses and patients is harmonious.
