主动脉内球囊反搏应用于重症冠心病患者围手术期护理中的效果观察

摘要

目的：探讨主动脉内球囊反搏在重症冠心病围手术期护理中的应用效果。方法收集2013年4月～2014年6月我院围手术期采用主动脉内球囊反搏辅助的48例重症冠心病患者的临床资料，对主动脉内球囊反搏置管与护理配合过程进行回顾分析。结果2例患者在术后出现低心排血量综合征，采用血管活性药物对其进行治疗，在治疗无效的情况下，采取主动脉内球囊反搏进行辅助治疗；48例患者均采用麻醉诱导前置入主动脉内球囊反搏，辅助48～120 h，平均时间（58±4.5）h。有效42例（87.5%），死亡6例（12.5%）。结论围手术期采用主动脉内球囊反搏是救治重症冠心病患者的有效措施。准确、周密、实时的护理和观察，能极大地改善主动脉内球囊反搏的临床应用效果，对促进患者的康复，提高其抢救成功率具有十分重要的意义。%Objective To investigate the effect of intra aortic baloon pump during perioperative nursing of severe coronary artery disease.Methods Forty-eight patients with severe coronary artery disease were performed intra aortic baloon counterpulsation from April 2013 to June 2014,intra aortic baloon counterpulsation and nursing procedures were analyzed retrospectively.ResultsTwo cases of patients in the postoperative appearance of low cardiac output syndrome,using vasoactive drugs to treat it,in the case of ineffective in the treatment of,take intra aortic baloon counterpulsation therapy, 48 cases of patients were treated with induction of anesthesia lead into intra aortic baloon counterpulsation,auxiliary 48~120 h. Median time(58±4.5) h. Of the 42 cases(87.5%),6 cases(12.5%)died.Conclusion Intra aortic baloon pump is effective for treatment of severe coronary heart disease patients. Accurate and detailed,real-time observation and nursing can greatly improve intra aortic baloon counterpulsation clinical application effect, to promote the patient's recovery and improve the rescue success rate to have very important significance.
