精神科护理工作中以人为本理念的应用探讨

摘要

Objective To explore the practical treatment effect of people-oriented service concept in psychiatric nursing work.MethodsFrom May 2014 to October 2014 in our hospital for treatment of 80 cases of mental patients, randomly divided into experimental group and control group, each group of 40 cases. The control group received routine nursing care, the experimental group was based on conventional care and then added to the concept of people-oriented nursing. After six months, the rehabilitation status of the two groups was compared.ResultsAfter six months, the control group and the experimental group patients mental state had improved, but the patients of rehabilitation status was significantly better than that of the control group, and the families of the patients in the experimental group to the humanist nursing mode were more satisfied, and significant difference had statistical significance (P< 0.05).Conclusion People-oriented service is more easily accepted by patients and their family members, and has a positive effect on the early recovery of patients.%目的：探究以人为本的服务理念在精神科护理工作中的实际治疗效果，以供参考。方法选取2014年5月～10月在我院接受治疗的80例精神患者，随机将其分为实验组和对照组，每组各40例。对照组接受医护人员常规护理方法，实验组在常规护理的基础上再加以人为本的护理理念。六个月后比较两组患者的康复状态，并对患者家属进行护理满意度调查。结果六个月后对照组与实验组患者的精神状态均有所好转，但实验组患者康复状态优于对照组，且实验组患者家属对以人为本的护理模式更为满意，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论融入以人为本的护理理念更易被患者及其家属接受，对患者的早日康复具有积极的促进作用。
