中医儿科护理临床路径应用研究分析

摘要

Objective To analyze the clinical nursing pathway in pediatric nursing and the effect of nursing.MethodsIn our hospital pediatric patients 60 cases as the observation object,divided it into the observation group and the control group,and given the observation group (30 cases) of Pediatrics of traditional chinese medicine clinical nursing pathway, tnen given to the control group (30 cases) routine nursing intervention. The two groups were compared with the complications, hospitalization time and hospitalization expenses during hospitalization.ResultsThe incidence of complications in the observation group was 10% (3/30), which was much lower than that of the control group 23.3% (7/30). The average cost and average hospitalization time in the observation group were less than those in the control group. There was significant difference in the two groups (P< 0.05). Conclusion In infant children during hospitalization and treatment by TCM clinical nursing pathway model to strengthen the nursing, can effectively reduce the incidence of complications of patients, shorten the hospitalization time and reduce the cost of treatment, reduce the body burden of the patients and their family economic burden.%目的：分析总结中医儿科护理临床路径的应用方法及护理效果。方法选取我院儿科患儿60例为本次观察对象，采用随机法将分为观察组和对照组，给予观察组（30例）中医儿科护理临床路径，给予对照组（30例）常规护理干预。比较两组患儿在住院治疗期间关于并发症、以及住院时间和住院费用方面的情况。结果观察组患儿在住院治疗期间并发症发生率为10.0%（3/30），低于对照组的23.3%（7/30）。观察组患儿住院治疗期间的平均费用及平均住院治疗时间均少于对照组患儿。两组比较差异均存在着一定统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论在患儿住院治疗期间，采用中医临床护理路径的模式加强护理，能够有效减少患儿并发症的发生，同时缩短住院时间和降低治疗费用，减轻患儿身体负担和其家庭的经济负担。
