重复经颅磁刺激治疗精神分裂症患者护理的特异性探讨

摘要

Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention for schizophrenia by repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation.Methods The patients with schizophrenia received specific nursing intervention, compared with the effect of nursing. Results 60 patients were treated by repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation, but the quality of life after treatment was significantly higher than that of treatment, the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion To accept repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation treatment for mental schizophrenia patients to carry out specific nursing intervention, can significantly improve the quality of life of patients, the has an important significance of schizophrenia patients with good prognosis.%目的 探讨重复经颅磁刺激治疗精神分裂症的护理干预效果.方法 精神分裂症患者均接受特异性护理干预,比较患者护理效果.结果 60例患者重复经颅磁刺激治疗均顺利实施,但治疗后患者生活质量各项评分显著高于治疗前,差异显著(P<0.05).结论 对接受重复经颅磁刺激治疗的精神分裂症患者开展特异性护理干预,能够显著提高患者生活质量,对精神分裂症患者良好预后具有重要意义.
