磷酸肌酸钠治疗小儿肺炎合并心衰临床分析

摘要

目的 对磷酸肌酸钠治疗小儿肺炎合并心衰的临床疗效进行分析研究.方法选取于2010年3月~2015年4月期间在我院接受治疗的73例小儿肺炎合并心衰患者,并随机分为对照组(36例)和治疗组(37例)进行对照研究,观察并比较常规治疗和磷酸肌酸钠治疗的效果.结果 治疗组患儿的治疗总有效率为94.6%,显著高于对照组患儿的72.2%;同时则治疗组患者的心率、呼吸频率显著低于对照组,血氧饱和度显著高于对照组,差异显著,治疗有统计学意义(P < 0.05).结论磷酸肌酸钠治疗小儿肺炎合并心衰具有显著的效果,能够显著改善患儿的临床症状,并且能够降低心率和呼吸频率,值得大力推广.%Objective Clinical effect of creatine phosphate sodium in treatment of children patients with pneumonia complicated by heart failure is to be studied. Methods Choose 73 children patients with pneumonia complicated by heart failure who are treated in hospital from March 2010 to April 2015 and separate them into control group (36 patients) and study group (37 patients) at random; and then observe and compare treatment effects of conventional treatment and creatine phosphate sodium medication treatment between two groups.Results Treatment efficacy in study group is 94.6%, which is much higher than 72.2% in control group; besides, patients' heart rate and their respiration frequency in study group are much less than those in control group, but patients' oxygen saturation of blood in study group is much higher than that in control group; there is a differential between two groups and such a differential has statistic value (P < 0.05).Conclusion Creatine phosphate sodium is of efficacy in treatment of children patients with pneumonia complicated by heart failure; it is conducive to improving patients' clinical symptoms and reducing their heart rate and respiration frequency; thus, such a treatment is quite worthwhile to be promoted and applied clinicaly.
