目的：探讨磷酸肌酸钠治疗小儿肺炎合并心衰的临床效果。方法以我院2015年1月～2016年1月收治的40例小儿肺炎合并心衰的患儿为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组各20例。给予对照组常规治疗，给予观察组磷酸肌酸钠治疗，对比两种治疗方法的效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95%，高于对照组的65%，两组差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对小儿肺炎合并心衰患儿实施磷酸肌酸钠治疗，效果显著。%Objective To investigate the clinical effect of creatine phosphate sodium in the treatment of infant pneumonia complicated with heart failure. Methods40 cases of children with pneumonia complicated with heart failure in children were chosen as the research object from January 2015 to January 2016 in our hospital, randomly divided into control group and observation group of 20 cases. The control group received routine treatment, the observation group was given sodium phosphocreatine treatment, comparison of the two treatment effect.ResultsThe total effective rate of the observation group was 95%, higher than that of the control group two, the difference between the 65% groups was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of creatine phosphate sodium in the treatment of the children with pneumonia complicated with heart failure, the effect is better.
