冷链管理与预防接种效果相关因素探讨

摘要

Objective To study the effect of cold chain management in vaccination.MethodsFrom 2012 to 2014,we have a summary of al levels of the community health service center vaccine plan,vaccine delivery,vaccine registration,cold chain detection and operation of information,etc.Results The rate of normal use of the county of the low-temperature freezer was 71.8%,the normal use of the county,town and vilage at room temperature refrigerator rate was 68.8%,the normal use of the ordinary refrigerator rate was 95.7%,reefer container utilization rate was 54.5%,the cool bag normal use rate was 63.9%. At the same time,although the cold chain management can effectively ensure the titer of the vaccine,there were also some problems.ConclusionThe cold chain management has some application value in the vaccination.%目的：针对冷链管理在预防接种中的应用效果展开研究。方法选取2012～2014年我社区卫生服务中心各级疫苗计划、疫苗发送、疫苗登记、冷链检测以及运转资料等，做出总结。结果县低温冰箱的正常使用率为71.8%；县乡村常温冰箱的正常使用率为68.8%；普通冰箱的正常使用率为95.7%，冷藏箱使用率为54.5%，冷藏包正常使用率为63.9%。同时，虽然通过冷链管理有效地保证了疫苗的效价，但是也存在一些问题。结论冷链管理在预防接种中具有一定的应用价值。
