目的：探讨社区老年冠心病患者实施早期临床护理干预的效果。方法选取2013年6月～2014年6月社区服务中心老年冠心病患者100例，随机分为观察组与对照组，其中对照组患者实施常规护理，而观察组患者实施早期临床护理干预，对两组患者的护理效果进行观察比较。结果由结果可知观察组患者健康行为优于对照组，护理满意率高于对照组，组间存在差异（P<0.05）。结论对社区老年冠心病患者实施早期临床护理干预可增加患者对于病症知识的了解，改善患者不良生活习惯。%Objective To study the effect of early clinical nursing intervention for elderly patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)in community. Methods 100 cases of elderly patients with coronary heart disease in community service center were randomly divided into observation group and control group, the control group patients received routine nursing, the observation group of patients received early clinical nursing intervention, the nursing effect of two groups of patients were observed. Results The health behavior in observation group was better than that of control group, nursing satisfaction rate was higher than the control group, there was significant differences between groups(P< 0.05). Conclusion The early clinical nursing intervention can increase patients for disease knowledge, improve patients' bad living habits.
