目的：研究针灸联合中药沐足治疗中风偏瘫患肢肿痛的治疗效果。方法入选我院中风偏瘫后患肢肿痛患者50例，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组各25例。对照组给予常规口服药物，控制中风危险因素，进行康复治疗。观察组在对照组常规治疗基础上，采用针灸联合中药沐足疗法。结果对照组25例患者中，显效3例（12%），有效12例（48%），无效10例（40%），总有效率为60%；观察组25例患者中，显效6例（24%），有效15例（60%），无效4例（16%），总有效率为84%。比较两组患者的治疗总有效率，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论针灸联合中药沐足治疗可改善患者的水肿症状，减轻患肢的疼痛，为治疗中风偏瘫后患肢肿痛的有效方法。%Objective To study acupuncture combined with pedicure of Chinese medicine treatment of stroke hemiplegic limb swel ing. Methods Selected 50 cases of stroke hemiplegia patients with limb swel ing,randomly divided into control group and observation group,25 cases in each group. The control group received conventional oral medication,included control stroke risk factors and prevent rehabilitation. Observation group were based on conventional treatment,pedicure of Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture. Results Of 25 patients in the observation group,very effective in 3 cases(12%),effective in 12 cases(48%),invalid in 10 cases(40%),the total effective rate was 60%. Of 25 patients in the treatment group,very effective in 6 cases(24%),effective in 15 cases(60%),invalid in 4 cases(16%),the total effective rate was 84%. Conclusion Acupuncture and pedicure of Chinese medicine can improve symptoms of edema,reduce limb pain,for the treatment of post-stroke hemiplegia effective method of limb swel ing.
