Objective To observe the clinical effect of root canal therapy of combined periodontal endodontic lesions in the treatment of.Methods In our hospital for treatment of 100 cases (120 teeth) with combined periodontic endodontic lesions, 50 cases in each group (60 teeth). They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, the control group using the separate systems of periodontal treatment, treatment group with dental treatment system combined with root canal.Results The total efficiency of treatment group (96%) was significantly higher than the control group in the total efficiency (70%). At the same time, the curative rate of treatment group (76%) was significantly higher than that of the control group, the cure rate was 46%. Therefore, the cure rate of two groups of patients and the total efficiency comparison had significant difference (P< 0.05), with statistical significance.Conclusion The treatment of periodontal endodontic combined system has good clinical effect for the treatment of patients with periodontal endodontic lesions, can effectively reduce the adverse reaction, promote healing, it is worth in the clinical application.%目的：观察根管治疗在临床牙周牙髓联合病变治疗中的应用效果。方法选取我院进行治疗的100例（120颗牙）牙周-牙髓联合病变患者，每组各50例（60颗牙）。将其随机分为治疗组和对照组，对照组采用单独的牙周系统治疗方式，治疗组采用牙周系统联合根管的治疗方式。结果治疗组的总有效率（96.00%）明显高于对照组的总有效率（70.00%）。同时治疗组的痊愈率（76.00%）明显高于对照组的痊愈率为46.00%。因此两组患者的痊愈率和总有效率结果对比有显著性差异（P<0.05），具有统计学意义。结论采用牙周系统联合根管的治疗方式对于治疗牙周牙髓联合病变患者有很好的临床效果，能够有效减少不良反应，促进治愈，值得在临床上推广应用。
