景观疗养护理对疗养员睡眠质量的影响

摘要

Objective To explore the impact of landscape convalescence convalescent nursing on the quality of sleep.MethodsSelect the sanatorium in 100 cases, were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 50 cases in each group,the control group received routine nursing care,the observation group with landscape convalescence nursing.Results The quality score of two groups after nursing (including sleep sleep sleep,sustainability,mental status and social function) were higher than that before the treatment ,and sleeping quality in the observation groups were higher than those of the control group .Conclusion The implementation of landscape convalescence nursing on convalescent convalescent,sleep quality,nursing efect.%目的：探究景观疗养护理对疗养员睡眠质量的影响。方法选取疗养员100例，随机分为对照组和观察组各50例，对照组采用常规疗养护理，观察组采用景观疗养护理。结果护理后两组疗养员睡眠质量评分（包括睡眠效果、睡眠可持续性、精神状态和社会功能等）均高于护理前，且观察组疗养员睡眠质量评分较对照组高。结论对疗养员实施景观疗养护理，疗养员睡眠质量高，护理效果显著。
