目的：探讨食管癌胸腔镜术后早期肠内营养患者的临床护理经验。方法对我科81例食管癌胸腔镜术后患者经鼻十二指肠营养管给予肠内营养，提供精心护理：营养管护理、心理护理、卧位护理、并发症护理等，同时加以观察。结果通过实施肠内营养和提供的护理措施，患者恢复较好，降低了术后并发症的发生率，减少住院费用。结论食管癌胸腔镜术后患者早期肠内营养，更符合生理，给药更安全，效果更满意，是食管癌胸腔镜术后患者营养支持的首选方案。%Objective To study the effect of early enteral nutrition after thoracoscopy of patients with esophageal cancer. Methods A total of 81 patients with esophageal cancer were observed. The patients were applied enteral nutrition by duodenal nutrition tube after thoracoscopy and assisted with mental nursing in the same time.Results The patients were obtained good results through the enteral nutrition and mental nursing. The incidence of postoperative complications were reduced. The cost of hospitalization was reduced.ConclusionThe early enteral nutrition can improve the nutrition condition and reduced the incidence of postoperative complications. It’s the preferred solution of nutrition program after thoracoscopy of patients with esophageal cancer.
