目的：观察胃肠间质瘤患者实施个性化治疗方案的临床效果。方法选取我院接受治疗的40例胃肠间质瘤患者作为此次调查对象，并将其随机分为观察组与对照组，每组患者20例。对照组患者以常规治疗法进行治疗。观察组患者以个性化治疗方案进行治疗。结果观察组治疗总有效率为90%；对照组治疗总有效率为70%。组间差异具有统计意义。结论个性化治疗方案对胃肠间质瘤治疗效果显著，安全性较高，可迅速缓解患者的不适症状。%Objective To observe clinical efficacy of personalized treatment with gastrointestinal stromal tumor. Methods Selected in our hospital treated 40 cases of gastrointestinal stromal tumor patients as the investigation object,and then they were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 20 cases in each group of patients. The patients of control group were treated by routine therapy. Patients in the observation group were treated with individualized treatment plan. Results In the observation group,the total effective rate was 90%; the control group the total effective rate was 70%. Significant differences between groups,results have statistical significance. Conclusion Personalized treatment has a significant effect on the treatment of gastrointestinal stromal tumor,can relieve the patient's symptoms.
