经皮椎体成型术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的临床效果探究

摘要

Objective To explore the clinical effect of percutaneous vertebroplasty in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures. Methods 80 cases of patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures were divided into observation group treated with percutaneous vertebroplasty and the control group treated with conservative treatment,and the effect of two groups were compared after treatment. Results Total effective rate in treatment observation group was 95.00%,it was higher than control group(77.50%),VAS score was(2.1 ± 0.1),it was lower than the control group(6.9±0.2). There was significant difference,P<0.05. Conclusion Osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures treated with percutaneous vertebroplasty has significant treatment effect,it can effectively improve the overal VAS score.%目的：探究经皮椎体成型术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的临床效果。方法将80例骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者随机分成观察组和对照组。观察组采用经皮椎体成型术治疗，对照组采用保守治疗，比较两组患者的治疗效果和治疗后的VAS评分。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为95.00%，高于对照组的77.50%，VAS评分为（2.1±0.1）分，低于对照组的（6.9±0.2）分。两组以上差异均有统计学意义，P<0.05。结论骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者采用经皮椎体成型术治疗效果显著，能有效提高治疗总有效率，降低VAS评分。
