绝经后妇女取环术前口服米索前列醇片的临床效果观察

摘要

Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of taking oral y misoprostol tablets before removal of intrauterine device of postmenopausal women. Methods 100 postmenopausal women taking removal of intrauterine device in our hospital were selected into observation group and control group, 50 cases in each group. The patients of control group received operation directly,the patients of observation group taking oral y misoprostol tablets before operation. The therapeutic effect indexes between two groups were compared. Results The therapeutic indexes of the observation group were significantly better than control group,the improvement of psychological indexes were significantly better than control group,and clinical effect was better than control group,the difference were significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Taking oral y misoprostol tablets before removal of intrauterine device of postmenopausal women can effectively improve the bad emotion,the clinical effect is obvious.%目的：观察分析绝经后妇女取环术前口服米索前列醇片的临床效果。方法选取我院进行取环术的绝经妇女100例作为研究对象，分为观察组和对照组，每组为50例。对照组患者直接进行取环术，观察组患者在实施取环术前服用米索前列醇片。对比两组各项疗效指标。结果观察组各疗效指标好于对照组，心理指标改善优于对照组，且临床治疗效果好于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论绝经后妇女取环术前口服米索前列醇片有效改善不良心理情绪，临床效果显著。
