综合性护理干预对于老年慢性支气管炎的临床价值

摘要

目的：研究老年慢性支气管炎采用综合护理干预的临床应用价值。方法选取老年慢性支气管炎患者80例，随机分为对照组和观察组，各40例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用综合性护理干预。结果观察组患者SAS评分和SDS评分优于对照组（P<0.05），患者护理满意度高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论对老年慢性支气管炎患者采用综合性护理干预，实施效果显著。%Objective To study the clinical value of comprehensive nursing intervention for senile chronic bronchitis. Methods 80 elderly patients with chronic bronchitis were randomly selected into control group and observation group,40 cases in each. The control group patients received routine nursing care, and the observation group patients received comprehensive nursing intervention. Results The SAS and SDS scores in observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05), and nursing satisfaction in observation group were higher(P<0.05). Conclusion Elderly The clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention for senile chronic bronchitis is obvious, and the application value is high.
