目的：对心跳骤停患者的临床特点进行分析、探究，找到提高心肺脑复苏成功率的有效方法。方法选取2014年1月至2014年11月在我院接受治疗的150例心跳骤停患者，对心肺脑复苏的影响因素以及复苏成功率进行分析。结果在150例复苏的患者中，有19例患者心肺脑初步复苏成功，10例最终康复出院。初步复苏成功率为12.67%，最终复苏成功率为6.67%。结论心跳骤停患者的心肺脑复苏成功率与抢救的时间、措施以及能够早期除颤等因素有关。%Objective To analyze and explore clinical features of patients with cardiac arrest in order to find out effective approaches to increase cardiopulmonary resuscitation success rate. Methods Select 150 cardiac arrest patients who are treated in hospital from January 2014 to November 2014 as study cases and then make an analysis on factors influencing cardiopulmonary resuscitation as wel as cardiopulmonary resuscitation successful rate. Results Of al 150 cases,there are 19 successful cases and in addition,10 cases out of them have been cured and discharged from hospital. The successful rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation is up to 12.67%in early stage and it is turned into 6.67%in the end. Conclusion For cardiac arrest patients,successful rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation is influenced by rescue time,rescue approaches and early defibril ation and other factors.
