目的：分析全子宫切除术应用腰硬联合麻醉与持续硬膜外麻醉的临床效果。方法选取2013年4月～2014年4月间我院收治的全子宫切除术患者41例，研究组施行腰硬联合麻醉，对照组施行持续硬膜外麻醉，比较两组麻醉效果与并发症。结果研究组优良率（95.24%）与对照组（75.00%）比较相对较高，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），两组并发症差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论全子宫切除术施行腰硬联合麻醉效果良好，安全有效，操作简单，值得推广。%Objective To analyze clinical effects of combined spinal epidural anesthesia and continuous epidural anesthesia in treatment of hysterectomy. Methods Choose 41 patients who underwent hysterectomy operation in hospital from April 2013 to April 2014 and separate them into two groups,patients in study group are given combined spinal epidural anesthesia patients in study group are given continuous epidural anesthesia;and then observe and compare anesthesia effects and complication incidence between two groups. Results Patients’treatment efficacy in study group(95.24%)is much higher than that in control group(75.00%); there is a differential between two groups and such a result has statistic value(P<0.05). However,there is no differential between two groups in terms of complication incidence(P>0.05). Conclusion Combined spinal epidural anesthesia is of efficacy and safety in treatment of hysterectomy;beside,it is easy to operate;thus,such an anesthesia treatment is quite worthwhile to be promoted and applied clinical y.
