浅析剖腹产后子宫内膜异位症临床治疗

摘要

目的：研究分析剖腹产后子宫内膜异位患者的临床治疗方法。方法根据2009～2011年我院接收的10例剖腹产后子宫内膜异位患者来进行研究分析，对患者的临床治疗资料进行回顾分析。结果对患者进行诊断并确诊后，采取一次性切除手术治疗，全部患者均被治愈，临床治愈率是100%，经过三年的随访，我们没有发现有复发病例出现。结果表明，患者患病是和他的年龄没有任何相关性的，其结果不具有差异性，P>0.05。结论剖腹产后出现的子宫内膜异位症，只要手术将病灶彻底清除，患者可完全治愈，治疗效果理想。%Objective To study the clinical treatment analysis of endometriosis patients after caesarean section.Methods For receiving according to hospital from 2009 to 2011 10 cases cesarean endometriosis patients to carry on the research analysis,retrospective analysis of the clinical treatment data of patients. ResultsFor diagnosis and diagnosis of the patients after operation,to take a one-time excision treatment,al the patients were cured,the clinical cure rate is 100%,after three years of folow-up,we found no recurrence cases. The results showed that,in patients with ilness and his age without any correlation,the results do not have the difference,P>0.05.Conclusion Caesarean section appears endometriosis through operation to cure,the most important is the operation can focus clearance.
