护理干预对人工流产术后子宫痉挛痛的影响效果

摘要

Objective To study the analysis of artificial abortion postoperative nursing care of patients with uterine spasm pain breeding methods and effects.Methods According to the 129 cases of artificial abortion of pregnant women in our hospital received to carry on the researchanalysis,these patients were grouped into control group and study group,the control group a total of 63 patients,the use of conventional nursing,the research group has a total of 66 cases,using routine nursing and nursing intervention in clinical nursing care,compared two groups of patients.Results The clinical nursing effectwere excellent in research group patients with uterine spasm of pain,adverse reaction rate was higher in control group,P<0.05. Conclusion Accept the nursing intervention in patients with uterine spasm pain conclusion after artificial abortion is the better clinical prognosis,less adverse reaction,ideal effect,can be used widely in clinical practice.%目的：研究分析人工流产术后患者子宫痉挛疼痛的护理防御方式和效果。方法根据我院接收的129例人工流产术孕妇来进行研究分析，将这些患者分组为对照组和研究组，对照组共有63例患者，使用常规护理，研究组共有66例患者，使用常规护理和护理干预，对比两组患者的临床护理情况。结果研究组的临床护理效果比对照组优秀，患者子宫痉挛疼痛不良反应率为对照组较高，P<0.05。结论人工流产术后子宫痉挛疼痛患者接受护理干预的效果比较好，临床不良反应少，预后效果理想。
