Objective Observe the clinical effect on rehabilitation treatment of chinese medicine in treatment of cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy. Methods Selected 40 patients with cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy treated in our hospital from October 2013 to October 2014 and separated them into two groups according to different treatment approaches,21 patients in study group were given rehabilitation treatment of chinese medicine,while 19 patients in control group were given conventional electric acupuncture treatment,and then compare treatment ef ects between two groups. Results Patients’PPI,PRI and VAS had been improved better than those in control group,besides,treatment efficacy in study group was much higher than that in control group; there was a treatment differential between two groups,and such a differential has statistic value(P<0.05). Conclusion Rehabilitation treatment of chinese medicine is of high ef icacy in treatment of cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy.%目的：观察中医康复治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床效果。方法搜集2013年10月～2014年10月我院神经根型颈椎病40例患者，按照不同治疗方法进行分组。对实验组21例进行中医康复治疗，对对照组19例进行常规电针治疗。观察对比两组效果。结果实验组 PPI、PRI 和 VAS改善情况较好，治疗有效率高，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论中医康复治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效确切，有效率高。
