探讨腋窝乳晕入路腔镜下甲状腺切除术的护理方法及美学效果

摘要

Objective To explore nursing method and aesthetic effect of endoscopic thyroidectomy via areola of breasts approach. Methods Selected 80 cases of patients accepted endoscopic thyroidectomy via areola of breasts approach in our hospital as the investigation objects,they were divided into observation group and control group randomly,40 cases in each group. The routine nursing care for patients in control group, patients of observation group accepted psychological nursing intervention on the based of the control group,compared two groups of patients with preoperative SAS,SDS score,and satisfaction rate after operation. Results After nursing intervention,the score of preoperative SAS,SDS was observed significantly lower than the control,and the postoperative observation of nursing satisfaction rate of the patients was higher than that of control group. The differences between the two groups were significant,the results with statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention for patients with endoscopic thyroidectomy via areola of breasts approach can reduce preoperative anxiety,depression,improve patient's satisfactory rate.%目的：探讨腋窝乳晕入路腔镜下甲状腺切除术的护理方法及美学效果。方法选取我院接受治疗的腋窝乳晕入路腔镜下甲状腺切除术的80例患者作为此次调查对象，随机分为观察组与对照组，每组40例。对照组患者行常规护理，观察组患者在此基础上进行心理护理干预，比较两组患者术前的 SAS、SDS 评分，及术后患者对于手术结果的满意率。结果经过护理干预后，观察组患者术前的 SAS、SDS 评分均低于对照组，而术后观察组患者的护理满意率也高于对照组。两组患者差异具有统计意义（P<0.05）。结论对腋窝乳晕入路腔镜下甲状腺切除术患者进行护理干预可减轻患者的术前焦虑、抑郁心理，提高患者的术后满意率。
