目的：研究探讨中药口服配合灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床治疗效果。方法随机抽取我院收治的慢性盆腔炎患者120例为研究对象。并将其随机分成对照组和观察组，每组60例。对照组患者采用单纯使用抗生素静脉滴注治疗。观察组患者在对照组患者治疗的基础上配以中药口服进行治疗。比较两组患者临床治疗效果。结果观察组患者治疗效果显著优于对照组患者。观察组患者的治疗有效率为96.7%，对照组患者治疗有效率为63.3%，数据符合统计学差异（P<0.05）。结论在治疗慢性盆腔炎的过程中，采用中药口服配合灌肠的治疗方法，效果确切，有助于患者病情的改善，值得在临床上推广使用。%Objective To study the effects of traditional Chinese medicine oral with enema clinical curative effect of treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods Patients with chronic pelvic inflammation were randomly selected in our hospital 120 cases as the research object. And it wil be randomly divided into control group and observation group,60 cases in each group. The control group were treated by simpleuse of intravenous antibiotic therapy. Comparison of twogroups of patients with clinical curative effect.Results The patients in the observation group were significantly better than the control group of patients treatment effect.Observation of the effective rate of 96.7% patients in the treatment group,the effective rate was 63.3% in the control group of patients,data in accordance with statistical difference (P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory diseasein the use of Chinese medicine treatment,oral with enema method,the exact effect,help patients improve,worthy of promotion in clinical use.
