中医神经内科眩晕患者的病因分析

摘要

目的：研究分析眩晕患者在神经内科门诊治疗时的病因以及特点，为临床诊断和治疗提供参考。方法2009至2013年我院共接收了180例眩晕患者，对患者的眩晕原因以及头痛情况进行观察，了解患者的不同诊断比例。结果全部患者中，男性患者56例，女性患者124例，男女比例是1：2.24，女性患者是男性患者的一倍多，患者年龄平均是（45.87±15.92）岁。发生率最高的两类情况分别是，偏眩晕29.5%、紧张眩晕23.1%。学生、职员是眩晕的主要群体，他们压力大，因此容易患病。结论眩晕与患者的性别、年龄、职业有较大的关联性，临床中要对患者的综合治疗引起重视。%Objective To study the etiology analysis in the treatment of neurological department of internal medicine clinic and characteristics of vertigo patients, to provide references for the clinical diagnosis and treatment.MethodsFrom 2009 to 2013 in our hospital received a total of 180 patients with vertigo, dizziness and headache in patients were observed, the understanding of different proportion of patients with a diagnosis.Results Al the patients, 56 male patients, 124 female patients with 1:2.24, the proportion of men to women, women with twice as much in male patients, the mean age of patients is (45.87±15.92) years old.
