Objective The two-dimensional and color Doppler ultrasound were compared and analyzed,to explore the clinical value of gynecological tumor diagnosis of color Doppler ultrasonic examination. Methods The first two-dimensional ultrasonography, color Doppler examination and then using the details of lesions on the inside and peripheral blood flow, two group ofcomparison test results of two dimensional ultrasound examination results. Results Statistical y significant differences on the morphology of the two-dimensional ultrasound detection, malignant ascites tumor detection rate was 56%, the positive rate was 3% in benign tumor ascites. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound can detect the blood flow of tumors, compared with two-dimensional ultrasound can obtain more diagnostic information and detail, can effectively detect the benign and malignant tumors.%目的：将二维与彩色多普勒超声进行对比分析，探讨彩色多普勒超声检查对妇科肿瘤诊断的临床价值。方法首先进行二维超声检查，然后采用彩色多普勒对病灶周边及内部血流情况进行细节检查，两组检测结果对比二维超声检查结果。结果二维超声对形态的检测差异具有统计学意义，恶性肿瘤腹水检出率为56%，良性肿瘤腹水检出率为3%。结论彩色多普勒超声能够检测肿瘤的血流情况，相比二维超声能够获取更加细节的诊断信息，可有效检测肿瘤良恶性。
