药物流产和人工流产终止早孕临床观察

摘要

Objective To study the clinical analysis of drug abortion and artificial abortion in pregnancy terminating effect. Methods From 2012 to 2013 in our hospital received a total of 60 cases of termination of pregnancy patients,these patients were grouped into the observation group and the control group, the observation group of 30 patients underwent artificial abortion suction termination of pregnancy surgery,30 patients in the control group received mifepristone combined with misoprostol for termination of pregnancy to terminate treatment,two groups of patients with pregnancy and pain were compared. Results After treatment,the patients in observation group were I,II,III level of pain are 20%,43.3%,16.7%,patients in the control group the proportion is 40%,50%,30%. The control group had 2 cases failed and 6 cases of incomplete abortion cases,the observation group with 2 cases of incomplete abortion,no failure case. Conclusion The effect of termination of their advantages and disadvantages especial y in patients with pregnancy abortion and artificial abortion in the clinical analysis in patients with clinical needs and we use,let the patient to select.%目的：研究分析药物流产以及人工流产临床中的终止妊娠效果。方法2012至2013年我院共接收了60例终止妊娠患者，将这些患者分组为观察组和对照组，观察组30例患者接受人工流产负压吸引妊娠终止手术，对照组30例患者接受米非司酮联合米索前列醇药物终止妊娠治疗，对两组患者的终止妊娠情况以及疼痛情况进行比较。结果经过治疗后，观察组患者的 I、II、III 级疼痛比例分别是20%、43.3%、16.7%，对照组患者的比例为40%、50%、30%。对照组有2例失败和6例不完全流产病例，观察组有2例不完全流产病例，无失败病例。结论药物流产和人工流产临床中对患者的早孕终止效果尤其自身的优势和缺点，临床中我们使用时需要和患者进行分析，让患者对其进行选择。
