分析78例外伤性脾损伤的临床特点与治疗方法

摘要

目的：分析外伤性脾损伤临床特点与治疗。方法对78例外伤性脾损伤患者临床资料进行回归性分析。结果手术68例，非手术10例；所有患者手术均成功，3例疗效不明显。结论针对外伤性脾损伤患者根据实际采取措施治疗，效果较好。%Objective To analyze the clinical features of traumatic splenic injury and treatment. Methods The clinical data of 78 patients with traumatic splenic injury regression analysis. Results Surgery 68 cases,10 cases of non-surgical; al patients was successful in three cases the effect is not obvious. Conclusion For patients with traumatic splenic injury to take measures according to the actual treatment,better results.
