目的：讨论应用皮下隧道式腰大池外引流术对结核性脑膜炎患者进行治疗的临床护理方案与护理效果。方法选取我院2013年5月～2014年4月收治治疗的24例结核性脑膜炎患者，采取有效的措施对患者实施临床治疗与临床护理。结果两组患者经过有效的治疗与护理后，其中观察组患者出现脑积水、住院时间与脱水剂使用情况等都明显的优于对照组患者（P <0.05）。结论应用腰大池外引流术实施治疗具备着显著的临床效果，在临床中值得被推广与使用。%Objective To discuss the application of subcutaneous tunnel of lumbar cistern drainage for clinical nursing and nursing effects of treatment plan for patients with tuberculous meningitis. Methods 24cases of tuberculous meningitis were selected in our hospital in 2013 May-2014 year in April admitted to the treatment,take effective measures to implement the clinical treatment and clinical nursing of patients. Results The two groups of patients after treatment and effective nursing after which the observation group patients developed hydrocephalus,hospitalization time and dehydrating agent usage is significantly better than the control group patients(P <0.05).Conclusion External application lumbar drainage implementation of treatment have significant clinical effects, worthy of being the promotion and use in clinical.
