老年心血管患者临床治疗与预防分析

摘要

Objective To study the clinical treatment and prevention methods for elderly patients with cardiovascular disease. Methods According to the 56 cases of cardiovascular disease in the elderly patients in our hospital received to carry on the research analysis,to be analyzed according to the treatment and nursing effect of patients receiving education,treatment,diet,psychology etc.,combining with the before and after treatment, and provide measures for clinical therapy for cardiovascular diseases and preventing the diseases. Results The elderly cardiovascular patients receiving preventive intervention,the condition improved,compared to the probability of complications in patients before treatment is greatly reduced,the quality of sleep is good,stable blood pressure. Conclusion The elderly cardiovascular patients receiving treatment and effective prevention for complications,improvement of her condition,control,improve sleep therapy have very big help,effective promotion of elderly patients with body mass and quality of life.%目的：研究分析老年心血管患者的临床治疗和预防方法。方法根据我院接收的56例老年心血管疾病患者来进行研究分析，根据患者接受宣教、治疗、饮食、心理等的治疗和护理效果来进行分析，结合治疗前后的比较，为临床治疗老年心血管疾病和预防该类疾病提供措施。结果老年心血管患者接受预防干预后，病情改善明显，患者的并发症几率相比治疗前有较大的下降，睡眠质量比较好，血压稳定。结论老年心血管患者接受有效的治疗和预防，对于其病情改善，并发症控制，睡眠治疗改善等都有非常大的帮助，有效的提升了老年患者的身体质量和生活质量。
