腹腔镜下直肠癌根治术的手术护理配合及体会

摘要

目的：探讨腹腔镜下直肠癌根治术的护理配合体会。方法回顾中心医院2013年1月～2014年1月的12例腹腔镜下直肠癌根治术护理配合。结果腹腔镜下直肠癌根治手术具有创伤小，恢复快，手术疤痕小，住院时间短等优点，12例患者均顺利完成手术，疗效满意。结论精心的术前准备和细致的护理配合是保证手术顺利完成的关键和保障。%Objective To explore the nursing coordination and expericence of laparosopic treatment in rectal carcinoma. Methods Retrospect nursing cooperation of 12 cases of laparoscopic radical resection of rectal carcinoma in our hospital from 2013 January to 2014 January. Results Laparoscopic radical operation of rectal cancer has the advantages of less trauma, quicker recovery and shorter hospitalization time. 12 cases of patients have a smoothly operation. Conclusion Careful preoperative preperation and nursing is the key to ensure the successful completion of the operation.
