手术治疗距骨骨折的临床探析

摘要

Objective Surgery treatment approach and its effect to patients with talus fracture are to be observed. Methods Choose 34 patients of talus fracture who are treated with surgery treatment in hospital from July 2013 to August 2014 and separate them into two groups at random;17 patients in study group are given surgery treatment under arthroscopic monitoring,while 17 patients in control group are given open reduction combined with internal fixation treatment;and then compare treatment effects between two groups. Results Treatment efficacy in study group is up to 94.12%,while treatment efficacy in control group is 82.35%;there is a treatment differential between two groups,and such a differential has statistic value(P<0.05). Conclusion Reset and fixation surgery treatment under arthroscopic monitoring is of efficiency in treatment of patients with talus fracture with minimal operation scar left;besides,it is effective to reduce complication incidence;thus,such an effective approach is quite worthwhile to be promoted.%目的：探究距骨骨折患者采用手术治疗的方法和效果。方法选取2013年7月～2014年8月收治34例距骨骨折患者进行手术治疗，随机分组，实验组17例患者采用关节镜监视下的手术治疗，对照组17例患者采用切开复位的内固定治疗对比两组患者解剖复位的情况。结果实验组患者治疗有效率为94.12%。对照组患者治疗有效率为82.35%。两组患者的治疗效果差异较为显著，有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论距骨骨折患者在关节镜的监视下给予复位固定治疗，创伤小，能够减少术后的并发症，效果显著。
