外科病区护理安全隐患分析及防范措施

摘要

目的：分析外科病区护理工作中存在的安全隐患及应对措施。方法以该院外科病区的护理工作为对象，分析护理工作中存在的安全隐患的原因及解决隐患的防范措施。结果护理防范措施实施后，外科病区并发症和医疗纠纷发生率明显下降，护理满意度明显上升。结论通过切实落实各项规章制度，加强职业道德教育，不断地学习法律知识，强化培训提高护理质量水平和改善服务态度是防范和减少医疗纠纷的根本所在。%Objective To analyse the safe hidden trouble existing in the surgical ward nursing and countermeasures.Methods To analyse the surgical ward nursing as object, analyses the cause of the security hidden danger existing in nursing measures to prevent and solve the hidden trouble. Results Nursing measures after implementation, surgical ward significantly lower incidence of complications and medical disputes,nursing satisfaction.Conclusion Through earnestly implement various rules and regulations, strengthening professional ethics education,constantly learning legal knowledge, strengthen the training to improve the nursing quality and improve service attitude is fundamental to prevent and reduce medical disputes.
