中心血站实施全面质量管理的具体措施与体会

摘要

Objective The ministry of health "blood stations and the quality control standard", "blood stations management method" and "blood stations laboratory quality management norms" enacted one after another, after the author's station set up the management organization, continuously improving CaiGongXie and service quality management system, to ensure the clinical safety of blood in the city. Seriously implement the blood stations quality management standard and requirement, strengthen the quality management of central blood stations, continuously improve the quality of blood stations in our country.Methods Applying total quality management measures to center management of blood stations, sum up experience.ResultsAfter the implementation of total quality management measures, central blood stations work significantly lower incidence of errors, increased blood unit satisfaction.Conclusion China's ministry of health of blood stations related specification method the promulgation and implementation of quality management puts forward strict requirements on the work quality of blood stations, most blood stations began applying total quality management measures to blood stations, and has obtained remarkable achievement.%目的：卫生部《血站质量管理规范》，《血站管理办法》和《血站实验室质量管理规范》相继颁布实施后，笔者所在站成立了管理组织，持续完善采供血和服务质量管理体系，保证了全市区的临床安全用血。认真贯彻血站质量管理规范和要求，加强对中心血站的质量管理，不断提高我国血站工作质量。方法将全面质量管理措施应用于中心血站的管理工作，总结体会。结果实施全面质量管理措施后，中心血站的工作差错发生率明显降低，用血单位满意度明显上升。结论我国卫生部关于血站质量管理相关规范办法的颁布和实施对我国血站的工作质量提出了严格要求，多数血站开始将全面质量管理措施应用于血站管理工作，并取得了显著成效。
