目的：研究低分子肝素联合小剂量尿激酶用药方案治疗肾病综合征的临床疗效。方法选取2011年10月至2014年7月于本院进行治疗的68例肾病综合征患者，分为对照组34例和观察组34例，对照组给予低分子肝素进行治疗，观察组采用低分子肝素联合小剂量尿激酶用药方案进行治疗，对比观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组患者治疗的总有效率（88.24%）显著优于对照组（58.82%），P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论低分子肝素联合小剂量尿激酶用药方案治疗肾病综合征的临床疗效较好，值得临床推广应用。%Objective To study the clinical curative effects of low molecular weight heparin combined with smal dose of urokinase injection for the treatment of nephrotic syndrome.MethodsFrom October,2011 to July, 2014, 68 patients with nephrotic syndrome in our hospital were selected. They were divided into control group (34 cases) and observation group (34 cases). The control group was given low molecular weight heparin for treatment and the observation group was given low molecular weight heparin combined with smal dose of urokinase injection for treatment. The curative effects were compared in two groups.Results In the observation group,the total effective rate was (88.24%). It was significantly better than the control group (58.82%),P<0.05,there was significant difference.Conclusion The clinical curative effects of low molecular weight heparin combined with smal dose of urokinase injection for the treatment of nephrotic syndrome was better. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
