支气管炎治疗中应用多索茶碱的临床观察

摘要

目的：探讨多索茶碱治疗支气管炎的临床疗效。方法将我院收治的120例支气管炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组，各60例，对照组应用氨茶碱进行治疗，观察组应用多索茶碱进行治疗，比较两组患者的临床症状改善情况。结果观察组患者的喘息、咳痰症状缓解时间均显著短于对照组，P<0.05；两组的咳嗽症状缓解时间比较无显著性差异（P>0.05）；观察组患者的显效率、总有效率均显著高于对照组， P<0.05。结论在支气管炎临床治疗中，应用多索茶碱可有效改善咳痰、喘息等临床症状，临床疗效确切，且不良反应少，是治疗支气管炎的理想药物。%Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of treatment Doxofyline bronchitis.Methods 120 cases in our hospital bronchitis patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,60 cases in the control group aminophyline treatment, observation group Doxofyline treatment, clinical comparison of two groups of patients improvement of symptoms.Results The patients with wheezing, sputum remission time was significantly shorter than the control group,(P<0.05); cough relief time comparing the two groups had no significant difference (P>0.05);Conclusion Markedly effective observation group of patients, total effective rate was significantly higher.
