无创呼吸机治疗急性左心衰治疗效果评价

摘要

Objective To analyze the clinical value of noninvasive ventilator in the treatment of acute left heart failure.Methods70 cases of acute left heart failure patients in our hospital from November 2013 to April 2015 as the research object,using the method of computer random grouping of the 70 patients were divided into observation group(n=35)and control group(n=35),two patients underwent vasodilator drugs and cardiotonic drug treatment, the observation group on the basis of joining the noninvasive ventilator.ResultsIn the two groups of patients in the treatment of effective rate,the observation group were dominant(P<0.05).ConclusionNoninvasive ventilator has good clinical effect in the treatment of acute left heart failure.%目的：分析无创呼吸机在急性左心衰治疗中的临床价值。方法选择2013年11月～2015年4月在我院接受治疗的70例急性左心衰患者为研究对象，采用电脑随机分组的方法将70例患者分为观察组（n=35）和对照组（n=35）；两组患者均实施扩血管药物及强心利尿药物治疗，观察组在此基础上加入无创呼吸机治疗。结果两组患者治疗有效率方面，观察组均占优（P＜0.05）。结论无创呼吸机在急性左心衰的治疗中具有较好的临床效果。
