目的：探讨循证护理在神经内科护理中的应用效果。方法选择我院神经内科近年收治的86例住院患者，按照入院先后顺序分为两组，每组各43例。对照组患者实施常规护理模式，实验组患者实施循证护理模式，比较两组患者住院期间的不良事件发生率及出院时的护理满意度。结果实验组患者的不良事件发生率为4.65%，低于对照组（20.93%）；实验组护理满意度为96.67%，高于对照组（83.72%），组间对比，差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在神经内科实施循证护理模式，可有效减少不良事件，提高患者满意度。%Objective To study the effect of application of the evidence-based nursing in neurology care effect.Methods Department of neurology at the records of 86 cases of hospitalized patients in recent years,according to the order in hospital were divided into two groups,43 cases in each group. The control group was given about routine nursing mode,the observation group implemented the evidence-based nursing,compared two groups of patients in hospital during the incidence of adverse events and hospital nursing satisfaction.ResultsThe incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 4.65%,which was significantly lower than the control group 20.93%. The nursing satisfaction of experimental group was 96.67%,which was higher than 83.72% in control group,the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of evidence-based nursing in the Department of Neurology can effectively reduce adverse events and improve patient satisfaction.
