ObjectiveTo explore the clinical significance of the relationship between gastric juice pH value and feeding tolerance in neonatal infusion of amino acid care.MethodsIn our hospital,from January 2015 to April 2016,120 neonates were selected as study subjects. Two groups were using amino acid infusion care.ResultsNeonatal gastric juice pH values in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),at 24 h,48 h and 72 h after birth. The levels of threonine and tyrosine in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the blood urea and blood sugar levels were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05).ConclusionIn the neonatal infusion of amino acid care,the gastric juice pH value and feeding tolerance of the correlation between the guidance,can improve the nursing effect.%目的:探讨将胃液pH值与喂养耐受性的相关性指导应用于新生儿输注氨基酸护理中的临床意义。方法选取我院2015年1月~2016年4月出生的120例新生儿为研究对象。两组均采用氨基酸输注护理。结果出生后24 h、48 h、72 h时观察组新生儿胃液pH值均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组新生儿的苏氨酸和酪氨酸水平高于对照组,且尿素和血糖水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对新生儿输注氨基酸护理中,以胃液pH值与喂养耐受性间的相关性作为指导,可提高护理效果。
