心理护理及语言沟通在精神病护理中的作用

摘要

目的：研究精神病护理中实施心理护理及语言沟通的临床效果。方法我院选择2014年5月～2015年5月诊治的136例精神病患者，对所选的患者病情进行分析，同时掌握患者的性格特点，进而制定有效的心理护理措施，有针对性的进行语言沟通。结果通过对所选的患者进行语言沟通及心理护理后，所选的136例患者精神状态得到明显好转，提升了战胜疾病的信心，同时对医护人员操作的配合度也提升。结论依据精神病患者的具体病情以及性格特点实施具有针对性的语言沟通及心理护理，能够提升患者战胜疾病的信心，促进患者早日恢复健康。%Objective To study the clinical effect of psychological nursing and language communication in psychiatric nursing.Methods136 cases of psychiatric patients diagnosed in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2015,the selected patients were analyzed at the same time,grasp the personality characteristics of patients,and make psychological and effective nursing measures,targeted for language communication.Results Through the language of communication in selected patients and psychological nursing,136 cases of patients with mental state has been significantly improved,significantly enhance the confidence to overcome the disease,at the same time with the operation of medical staff also improved significantly.Conclusion According to the specific condition of patients with mental ilness and the characteristics in the implementation of targeted language communication and psychological care,to enhance the patient's confidence to overcome the disease,to promote the early recovery of health.
