术前彩超在诊断甲状腺癌早期颈淋巴转移中的作用

摘要

ObjectiveTo evaluate the value of preoperative ultrasonography in the diagnosis of early cervical lymph node metastasis of thyroid carcinoma. MethodsChosed preoperative ultrasonography results of 62 patients with thyroid carcinoma. and pathological results were gold standards.Results 60 cases (96.77%) were diagnosed by preoperative ultrasonography,75.0% in middle cervical lymph node,and 71.67% in Ⅲ region.Conclusion The diagnosis rate of preoperative ultrasonography is high.%目的：观察术前彩超诊断甲状腺癌早期颈淋巴转移的价值。方法回顾性总结62例实施手术治疗的甲状腺癌早期颈淋巴转移患者的彩超检查结果，并以病理结果作为金标准进行比较。结果术前彩超确诊60例（96.77%）；中颈部淋巴转移率75.0%；Ⅲ区域分布最多（71.67%）。结论术前彩超诊断甲状腺癌早期颈淋巴转移确诊率高。
