NCPAP在新生儿呼吸衰竭中的疗效观察

摘要

目的：观察持续气道正压通气（CPAP）在治疗新生儿呼吸衰竭中的作用。方法对呼吸衰竭新生儿在综合治疗的基础上应用CPAP给氧治疗，分别观察在应用前及应用后的临床和血气变化，了解其治疗效果。结果 CPAP治疗后血气分析大部分得到改善，与治疗前比差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 NCPAP能迅速纠正患儿的呼吸衰竭，改善临床症状和生命征，从而提高了新生儿呼吸衰竭的救治成功率，可作为改善通气功能的首选治疗。%ObjectiveTo observe the effect of continuous positive airway pressure(CPAP)in the treatment of neonatal respiratory failure. Methods Neonates with respiratory failure were treated with CPAP oxygen therapy on the basis of comprehensive treatment,clinical effect and blood gas changes were observed before and after treatment. Results After CPAP treatment,most of the blood gas analysis was improved,and there was significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion NCPAP can quickly correct the respiratory failure in children and improve the success rate of neonatal respiratory failure.
