分组护理管理对腹腔镜胆囊切除手术患者预后效果的影响

摘要

目的：探析分组护理管理对腹腔镜胆囊切除手术患者预后的影响。方法选取2014年8月~2015年8月在我院行腹腔镜胆囊切除手术的患者100例，随机分成观察组和对照组，各50例。对照组实行常规护理模式，观察组实行分组护理管理模式。评价两组患者术后预后情况、满意度。结果观察组术后排气时间为（18.4±2.5）h、下床活动时间（1.5±0.8）d、进食时间（6.3±0.7）h、住院时间（5.1±0.8）d及满意度均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论分组护理管理模式能有效提高腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者的护理质量及护理满意度，促进预后。%Objective To explore the influence of group nursing management on the prognosis of patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods 100 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital from August 2014 to August 2015 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,each of 50 cases. In the control group,routine nursing mode was implemented,and the observation group was carried out the group nursing management mode. The prognosis and satisfaction degree of the two groups were evaluated.ResultsThe observation group operative time was(18.4±2.5)h,ambulation time(1.5±0.8)d,eating time(6.3±0.7)h,hospitalization time (5.1±0.8)d and satisfaction were better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Group nursing management mode can effectively improve the quality of nursing and nursing satisfaction,and promote the prognosis of patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
