优质护理在妊娠合并心力衰竭患者剖宫产术围术期的应用价值分析

摘要

Objective To study the value of high quality nursing in perioperative period of cesarean section in patients with pregnancy complicated with heart failure.MethodsIn our hospital,the 92 cases of pregnancy complicated with heart failure and underwent cesarean section as the research object from November 2014 to November 2015. They were randomly divided into two groups. 46 cases in the control group received routine nursing care, observation group of 46 patients received nursing quality. The clinical nursing satisfaction and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results In the nursing satisfaction and the incidence of complications,the observation group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing in the perioperative period of cesarean section in patients with pregnancy complicated with heart failure has high value.%目的：探析优质护理在妊娠合并心力衰竭患者剖宫产术围术期的应用价值。方法以本院2014年11月～2015年11月所收治的92例妊娠合并心力衰竭且行剖宫产患者为本次研究对象，将其随机分组，对照组46例，行常规护理，观察组46例，行优质护理。对两组患者临床护理满意度及并发症发生率进行对比。结果在护理满意度及并发症发生率上，观察组优于对照组，其差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论优质护理在妊娠合并心力衰竭患者剖宫产术围术期中具有极高的应用价值。
